New Delhi, July 18 Minister Satyendra Jain’s problems are increasing in the Delhi government in the alleged case of assets more than income. After sending him to judicial custody, the ED has now started questioning his wife Poonam Jain.

Satyendra Jain is currently in judicial custody and is being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate in an alleged case of money laundering and disproportionate assets. In this matter, the Enforcement Directorate has started questioning Poonam Jain, the wife of Minister Satyendra Jain on Monday. Earlier, ED had summoned Poonam Jain on July 14.

In fact, Delhi government minister Satyendra Jain was arrested by the ED on May 30 under the Money Laundering Act (PMLA). After this, the court sent him to judicial custody. Jain is currently in judicial custody. After arresting Satyendra Jain, the ED raided several places and locations associated with Jain and his accomplices.

Entries worth Rs 4.81 crore have been recovered during this raid. In April, the probe agency had attached assets worth Rs 4.81 crore from several organizations associated with Jain in the case of disproportionate assets and alleged money laundering by the former Delhi minister, his wife and others.
